    Exercise - 1 ( walk up and down 4 flights of stairs at work, just once but I'm going to work up to doing it several times)

  • Day 5 for me food Op all the way (2)

    exercise yes i did 17 min on the elliptical then did several crunches counted sunday

    and well water i do not even come close to 1/2 credit!!

  • Thursday's Report:

    Food = 2 (And that counted 2 Oreo/Mint cookies I had banked!)
    Water = 1
    Exercise = 0 (Worked all day in an office/taught at night...not even time to stretch and relax <sigh>)

    Good to see so many people succeeding!
