Being accountable for my calories the next 7 days. Anyone is free to join me

Daily Goals: 1210-1560

I will write my target for the day (once I have calculated my meals on sparkpeople) then later before bed I will come back and write if I stayed on target. Wish me luck

Nice work Let me know when you're interested in starting another seven days- I'd like to get in on it this time as I've been getting my exercise on track but the food is starting to suffer.

I will:Journal every bite * Be gentle to myself and my family * Exercise to the best of my ability * Drink at least 8 glasses of water * Focus on colorful veggies, salads, low gycemic fruit, lean proteins and healthy fats * Limit grains * Get up at the same time everyday and get back into routine * Visit 3FC every day, it makes a big difference to my attitude, thanks to the wonderful folks here.
