Please sign up here to join the 3rd Challenge. We've changed things just a wee bit. Please read about the new guidelines.
Food: Now 2 points earned daily for food!!!
Water: 1 point earned daily
Exercise: These points will be reported with Sunday's points each WEEK. You will earn 7 points if you work out as specified in your plan. If you don't meet your goal, you do earn 1 point for every day you did exercise.
This challenge will now start on Monday and run 4 weeks (28 days) so that we can report exercise weekly. So this one begins Monday, September 30.
Please let me know if I have not been clear or if you have any questions.
I did good with the first challenge then bombed the second so badly that I just dropped out. This was not a good month for me with so much changing in my life. It takes me awhile to adjust to change and as a result my eating and exercise went to heck. I'm scared to get on the scale but I'll do it on Monday when the new challenge starts.
My plan:
Food: WW points
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: days off work - 1 hour of walking/bike riding/something
days at work - one trip up and down 4 flights of stairs
I dont know why I never joined the other two challenges, I guess I didnt think I needed too! boy, how dumb is that? I am waffling around too much lately. I do well for a few days, blow it a few, then get back on again-which equals not losing any more weight!!
for the challenge I will try to do:
food-under 2000 calories (low carb for the most part)
water-64 ounces
exercise-one mile a day. (for me this is a lot!) I want to make this achievable.
I totally wonked out on the last challenge as well, but I really want to give this one a good shot! Thing is, I am following a "eat when you're hungry, don't eat when you're not" plan. It's going fairly well (as in I've only had one gain in three weeks, and that was only a pound! ), but I'm not sure how to report it. I guess I could give you my guidelines in another post? (Really, though, this is all pretty much on the honor system, anyway.)
As for water, my goal would be 48 oz. per day. Exercise: a paltry 15 minutes per day (I can do anything for 15 minutes!)
