So I am trying to walk 3 miles a day .. and today we got a major storm right around my walking time I try to walk around 8 pm so its not to hot been in the 90's here .. so I spent a half hour looking out the window praying for the rain to stop with my walking clothes on lol .. and instead of saying hey I cant walk cause of the rain I decided to do a Hour of Step Aerobics .. In the Past I would have just said hey I got the day off but I am enjoying my walking so much I made me sad not to go and I made sure I did something for a hour .. and since I walk 3 miles in a hour I am giving myself credit for 3 miles for doing a hour of step
Great job!! I used to give myself a LOT of days off when it would rain - and when I lived in Vancouver it once rained 30 days straight! Finally I embraced the rain, with the help of a rain jacket.. it's very freeing! Keep it up
