The pill - Swollen feet & slow/null weight loss
 

Hi !!

I have been good with what I eat and exercising almost daily for about 4 weeks, and haven´t lost a pound. Then since yesterday I noticed that my feet are swollen (my hands also, but much less)...

I was wondering if anyone has experienced the same thing and what was the cause? I will try to schedule an apointment with the doctor, but I have to wait until next week... :(

The only thing I can think of is maybe this is hormonal, as I went off the pill at about the same time...

I would say a visit to your doctor is the best thing.

Until then maybe increase your fluid intake and cut out the sodium. I know swelling like that can be caused by hormone fluctuations. After I delivered my son my feet swelled up so badly I couldn't get my socks on. I had to make do with walking around in huge Eyore Slippers. The swelling went up my legs. My hands puffed up too. I went to my dr and it he said it was actually pretty common. All the fluid build up from the pregnancy and the hormone fluctuations.
I'm not saying thats what it is, obviously you'll have to see what the dr says, but hormones can cause it :)
