What's cooking?

  • I don't know about anyone else, but I enjoy it when we all post what we're eating for the day. It helps me hold myself accountable, & I get great ideas for new things to eat from you all! So, I'll start...

    Breakfast:
    1/2 C. Fiber One Cereal (I love this stuff & it has 14 grams of fiber per serving!) (1 point)
    1/2 C. Skim milk (1 point)

    Snack:
    1 Lite yogurt (2 points)

    Lunch:
    1 apple (1 point)
    1 C. grapes (1 point)
    1 serving Campbell's tomato soup (2 points)
    3 saltine crackers (1 point)
    1 Serving Baked Lays (2 points)
    1 C. Cauliflower (0 points)

    Supper:
    Undecided as of now, but I'll be back!

    What I want to know is WHEN you eat. How soon do you eat your snack?

    Breakfast at 9:30am
    Zone Bar

    Lunch (probably around 12:30pm)
    can of tuna
    broccoli
    cottage cheese

    Snack (4:30pm)
    Yogurt

    Dinner
    No idea.
  • Jessica, I eat my breakfast at 6:30am, snack between 9:00am & 9:30am, lunch at 11:30am, a "pre-dinner" snack at about 5:30pm, dinner between 6:30pm & 7:00pm, and *maybe* an after dinner snack at 8:30pm or so (but I usually don't have an after dinner snack).
  • Breakfast:
    1 cup go lean crunch
    1 cup skim milk

    chocolate frosted doughnut

    Lunch:
    Ham & cheese sandwich
    pretzels
    sweet escapes

    Dinner:
    Spaghetti
