I will stay on plan today because I'm about to go and get weighed. I waited a whole week, because daily weighing was getting to me. I have promised myself that, even if I've maintained/gained/not lost 'enough' (when is it ever 'enough'?) I will stick to the plan and not eat because I'm disappointed.
