Ubercast, congrats on getting into a great college!!!

Cathydoe, happy birthday! :happybirthday:

I am grateful for the 2 special people in my life who helped me through a crisis yesterday and for those who offered support in the thread I created here yesterday in the 300lb section.

I am grateful that my daughter has a job she loves and that she's where she should be with school work. I am grateful that my "adopted" daughter is looking for a job and that she will be finishing up high school herself soon.

I am grateful that I have plenty of healthful eats in the house and that I enjoy them all.

I am grateful that I will start my Health Psychology class today and will have a reminder M-Th of the things that matter in life via this class!

I am grateful that as a student, I have access to health care services on campus that includes a nutritionist, whom, after a long pause, I will be scheduling an appointment with today.

I'm grateful for 3FC!

Today I am thankful that this past weekend is over! It was loads of fun, but it was long and tiring also

I am greatful that I have such a wonderful understanding husband who truely cares about me.

I am greatful that my children are happy and healthy.

I am greatful that every day is a new day and no matter what happened yesterday, I can always start fresh every morning. (has to do with a lesson learned this weekend )

Oh.. and HAPPY BIRTHDAY CATHYDOE

I'm grateful that...
I went to the gym this morning even though I wanted to stay in bed.

That even though I hurt my wrist last week and have a brace, I decided that my legs still work and had no excuse for skipping, so I did an hour on the treadmill.
