-It's my birthday and eveyone is being so nice to me
-We close on the refinancing of our home tonight. We went down 1.5 % on our rate! That's a nice savings!
-That our home held it's property value--so many others in our town have not.

Happy Birthday, Susie!!

- yesterday was a healthy day with food - I was able to 'push through' my urges to eat too many calories. I am so grateful for that.

- willingness to take the medicine for my back spasm when I know it slows down weight loss

- the little kids in the neighborhood - when they see me outside, always run over to give a hug

- hugs from my three year old grandson - I can still feel them from my visit last week

- family, friends, this site, internet, cell phone

I'm grateful for the resources available to me as a student; Registered Dietitian, Physical Therapy services and good doctors who care and listen to me and support my weight loss and healthy lifestyle efforts without judgement.

I love this thread. When I feel a little down it helps. I am fighting the stuck at 196 blahs today so today I am grateful that (or for):

- Yesterday I stopped at 1200 calories. I should be losing at 1300 but I am not.
- That I weight 196. It could be so much more.
- I am able to move!
- I am able to get on the floor and play with my grandchildren.
- I can go up and down the stairs at home without any problem.
- I can park in the parking garage at work and walk in without having to stop and rest.
- I can shop for hours and hours.
- I can keep up with DH when we walk.
- I can find clothes to buy that I like.
- I am not always the largest person in the room.
- The pain in my hips is gone and the pain in my knees and feet is so much better.
- I look normal size for SC.

There that is better. Today I am going to try to remember more for this list and add as I go. It is so easy to forget how bad I used to feel.

I am also grateful for many other things including Family, friends, 3FC, indoor plumbing, cell phone, Internet
