I love this thread. When I feel a little down it helps. I am fighting the stuck at 196 blahs today so today I am grateful that (or for):
- Yesterday I stopped at 1200 calories. I should be losing at 1300 but I am not.
- That I weight 196. It could be so much more.
- I am able to move!
- I am able to get on the floor and play with my grandchildren.
- I can go up and down the stairs at home without any problem.
- I can park in the parking garage at work and walk in without having to stop and rest.
- I can shop for hours and hours.
- I can keep up with DH when we walk.
- I can find clothes to buy that I like.
- I am not always the largest person in the room.
- The pain in my hips is gone and the pain in my knees and feet is so much better.
- I look normal size for SC.
There that is better. Today I am going to try to remember more for this list and add as I go. It is so easy to forget how bad I used to feel.
I am also grateful for many other things including Family, friends, 3FC, indoor plumbing, cell phone, Internet
+ dear friends on 3FC that have said prayers or sent wishes
