Good afternoon all..I have been crazy busy so I haven't been coming on here lately. Woke up this morning to 193.7. I am hoping to be below 189 soon. Man that will be a great day. Right now I am the weight I was in high school almost 15 years ago..
I am going the wrong direction. I weighed 196 this morning. Part of that is water weight after traveling and, well, shall I just say solid matter. However, I gave into sugar and ate 2 pieces of chocolate cake and 3 servings of blueberry cobbler. That may very well be a pound of real weight. I am back on track now and will just keep on keeping on.

I am still 196... I am thinking I might not drop anymore for another week because PMS will be coming up, but then WATCH OUT, I am counting on another whoosh!
192.2 this morning. That's a 4.4 pound loss for last week (pms makes it fall off) but now it's my tom soo.. I've just been fighting to keep it down. Ugghh GET ME OUT OF THE 190'S!

Me, I'm having the best week EVER. I've dropped SIX pounds in the last FOUR days!!!!!!?????!!!!???? I knew I was holding onto water weight but this is unreal.... yesterday I was in the stores and I held up a pair of shorts to see if they would fit-- and I thought they looked about my size. They were EIGHTS.
I don't think they would have fit, but the idea that I got confused is UNREAL.
I am still excited to be nearer 189.8 - which is my next goal. I have several mini goals setup until I get down to 150. (which seems more and more realistic everyday that passes)
