Well... I guess I was due for a bounce. I was dumb enough to eat pumpkin seeds yesterday-- that's like opening a salt shaker and pouring it into your mouth. Instead of eating normally, I had pumpkin seeds and sugar free gum for lunch (driving) and then had the worst stomachache on my run... Ended up under 1000 cals for the day, and what does the scale read this morning?
I want to kick the 190s goodbye. I checked my weight tracker this morning and after stalling out for most of April and May, I'm down 12 pounds since the beginning of June!!!
Water weight is a pain, but at least you know it will go away. Still, that doesn't make it any less frustrating to look down and see a massive increase. Down to 193, ready to rocket out of the 190's and then just keep on going! Good luck everyone, let's all meet up soon in the 180's
I'm hanging on to weigh on Saturday but I could tell my ankles were a bit water-swollen when I got up this morning, compared to yesterday. I can't work out what I ate that might have bloated me. I did have a "rustic bread roll" yesterday but it was wheat free, gluten free, egg free, lactose free, dmn near taste free, so it shouldn't have made a difference!
