Default Mis-named my cycle class instructor (Robin)

LOL! I always want to call my cycle instructor "Robin" and I wasn't really sure why until today. That's not her name! I realized today that the words she says and her voice remind me of our own "Rockin Robin" from 3FC! THAT'S why I always think her name is "Robin".

This place is infectious, I tell you! ALL of you resonate with me in some way or other throughout my day. It's a marvelous group!

I agree with Finding... That's pretty cute for sure! I always bring up quotes or happenings from this site to my boyfriend. I don't think he quite understands the power of it...

Awwwwww...

There are a few times when I will be with friends discussing *diet* related stuff (doesn't happen all that often) and I'll think of someone here and relay their experiences.

And I can't begin to tell you how many times I have thought of quotes, or some words of wisdom that some one here has shared with us. Some of this stuff (a LOT) REALLY sticks with me.

Robin, this woman is incredibly enthusiastic and wants me to tell my story because she finds it inspiring. (I don't because I don't find me inspiring...do any of us? ) She tells me I'm "an expert on weight loss" which is pretty funny.

But she's a personal trainer and always has words of wisdom especially along the lines of PLAN, stick with it, you CAN do it, the tools are within your reach...

I have 3FC in my written plan actually for myself. I check in here most everyday. I try to post at least 3 times a week. When I am having "one of those days" this place is my saving grace.
