Default 5k Nsv

Just got back from the gym where I walk/jogged -- if you can call that jogging...mostly it was just trying not to fall off the treadmill -- a little over the equivalent of a 5K (3.28 miles, to be exact).

I have no idea where it came from, but I had this thing inside me that clicked and just wanted to keep pushing. When I got in the car I had what I believe were tears of pure joy and pride rolling down my face. Or it could have been sweat, since I'm sweating from places I didn't even know I had right now. Sexy.

Nevertheless, ME! 5K! Holy crapola.
blogness: little blue ticket (like a golden ticket. only little. and blue.)

What a great NSV! A NSV of THE best kind! I love fitness goals because they're achievable within our grasp! That scale may not always move, but gosh darnit, you can complete a 5K!

I'm very proud of you!
