Hey hon! Just calm down, you can do this! If you really want help, I will tell you what I think. As Lovely said, you seem overwhelmed. You need to take it one day at a time. If you dwell on how hard it will be or how long it will take you will get frustrated and give up. But, you do need to understand that it's definately not easy! Can you pinpoint why you are overweight in the first place? For me I realized I was emotionally eating so now I practice letting myself just feel feelings, anger, sadness, pain, BOREDOM (that's the biggest one!) You gotta stop yourself before you eat for the wrong reasons. Only eat if you are hungry. It's hard to change if you've never done that before. Keeping a food journal (fitday.com) Switching to whole grains, watching carbs, quitting soda and exercise helps alot too. As far as that goes, walking everyday really does work! You start being able to walk faster and further, and before you know it you are jogging and running. You can do it!!!! Good luck, hun!
