2) I couldn't weigh in this morning, so I weighed in at 3pm after breakfast and lunch and 278.6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to maintain this sooooo bad I'm going to the gym and going to work my *** off to keep myself firmly in the 270's! 3) 278.6 which I deserve. 1 - 197 - scale flickered between 196 and 197 so I am choosing 197 2 - 197 3 - 199 (water weight) 4 - 199 5 - 198 6 - 198 7 - 197 8 - 196 9 - 196 10 - 196 That is 3 days in a row so I will change my ticker. Right now, each pound feels hard earned. 11- 196 12 - 198 - Started working with weighs earlier this week. Water weight? 13 - 196 14 - 196 19 - 196 - I was thrilled when I first saw 196 but this is getting a little old now. 22 - 194 - Woo Hoo! 23 - 196 24 - 196 - Knew that 194 was too good to be true. The good news is that the high point in my weight range seems to be 196.
