Diana - I got some of the Lakewood cranberry, it is awesome, thank you. I want to try a little bit in some diet sprite. I will be hoping for you that the sodium gain never catches up.

I’m seeing some awesome losses posted today - good job and congrats.

Today my scale could not decide on a weight, it kept alternating between 2 different weights, so I am averaging them for 167.5 as today’s official weight. That’s a .9 loss since yesterday and a 6.1 loss for the month. I think that is awesome considering I had surgery this month and was completely unable to workout for about a week and not much for another 2 weeks and am still not at full workout ability (not allowed to lift more than 5 pounds with my left hand).

It's not like the Ocean Spray cranberry is it? What is the most appropriate word? Tart, Tangy, or Sour. How about all the above? I'm glad you like it. A couple tablespoons is all you need.

Diana - I use a bit more than a couple spoons, but I am a cranberry nut and will eat fresh, unsweetened cranberries right out of the bag. I like this juice because it tastes more like fresh cranberries. I put 4 oz. in 16 oz. of water and I was a happy camper. I tried it with a little splenda too - more like traditional juice.

I hate ending the month on my TOM !! Today was 256.5. So only a 2.5 loss. boo, but a loss I guess. Here's to next month!

I ended the month during TOM too, for a current loss of 3.4 even though I was all the way down to 219.4 at one point.
