I'm here again! I really love this thread, it's my new "home" on 3FC.

Last month's loss - 4.4 lbs. Hoping to make it to the low 20's this month.

Up 0.4 to 220.4. I did HIIT late last night, and I think sometimes late night exercise makes me retain some water. At least that's what I'm hoping it is, because I ate well yesterday.

Yesterday's calories 1625 Weigh In: 229 I'm up .2

Right now I am wearing a loose size 24 jeans. I went to the store last night to just try on different sizes to see where I'm at. I got into size a 20. They are tight though. I just bought jeans a couple months ago, so I won't buy anything new until the ones I have are too big for me. It really felt good getting into that size though.

I abandoned the April one about 10 days ago, and this last week was tough and rewarding but zapped my energy and didn't get to the gym all week...grrr.
That wasn't an excuse but rather an identification of a trigger. So, May first is a perfect time to get my head back in the game! I'm in.
Diana, I like the idea of posting my calories too, since that is my hardest struggle.
On GMA they have the story that Jane Fonda has organized World Fitness Day today..... guess it is a good weekend to get back to the gym! If not today (it is the big weigh in for the community challenge and not sure if I want to get in that mess) definitely after church tomorrow.
