Default I'm back...

So I kept saying, "When I get back down to 254 I'll go back to 3fc, but then I realized I WILL NEVER GET BACK DOWN unless I come back to 3fc.

plz help me girlies, I need some support. I was having medication/weight gain issues, but I have since decided to go OFF my meds. That is a whole other story (that can be found here: www.sunshineandrage.wordpress.com ) for the chronicle of me coming off my bipolar meds for the first time in 11 years!!!!

Anyhow, I've gained about 15 lbs, I had lost 45 or so and am looking to lose it again, I'm starting to spark again, thank god. and it's not that I"m eating bad, pizza or junk, I'm just eating TOO MUCH of not too bad for you foods. I'm still vegetarian, that is working out well, oddly, I haven't been sick since I stopped eating meat, not even once over the winter, not even a sniffle. amazing.

anyhow, I'm ready to get back on track. starting to exercise today too! Have to watch how much I do, last summer I over did it (I have fibromyalgia, yay) and so have to take it easy I think. Going to start with WATP.

Oh well, glad to be back I've missed you guys and I hate that I"ve done this and set myself back so far.

no time to dwell on the past though! Today is a new day!

yay glad to see that cutie face back! I took a few weeks off too, and now I'm back and happy to see everyone -- you can always look at the positive side, you're back after ONLY gaining 15, it could have been the whole 45 right?! I can see a silver lining in just about anything

I know what you mean about the sick thing - since losing weight, I haven't had a cold (knock on wood) in over 2 years! Not a sniffle, nada! (I'm a carnivore tho). Another health benefit of good eating habits i guess!

anyway, welcome back and look forward to hearing more from you

Hi Lottie!!! Welcome back. The past is in the past and we're all looking toward the future! You can do it... we can help! (Sounds like a commercial, doesn't it?)

So glad to see you again!

Welcome back... nice to see you again. Cute new pic...

I think it is great that you are back and taking the first step. I know what you mean about wanting to lose the weight before coming back to the board... I was there about a month ago. I had regained about 10 lbs and didn't wanna face everyone. BUT, it was time to get up and start moving forward. So here I am...

It sounds like you have a plan in mind and you'll get back to where you were before... so don't be hard on yourself. You'll lose it again and have learned something about yourself in the process...

Lottie, that's great about the transfer. Hopefully it will make life a bit less stressful and give you a little more time for yourself!
