Question Downfall Foods and How you escape them...

Denise inspired me when she said wontons were a "HUGE downfall" for her. What are your downfall foods and how do you cope?

Mine are leftover baked goods (brownies, cookies, etc). I will finish the whole batch. (I went to far as to tell my boyfriend, "Ok, when I come home tonight, the brownies must be out of the house!"). So, I don't keep them in the house anymore. It's depressing but I don't have the willpower to resist right now.

Pizza is my other. Even though I prefer my pizza loaded with vegetables, it doesn't make it healthy. Especially at the 5th or 6th slice. So, when I want to splurge, I go to the New York Pizza Place near me and order by the slice. One slice. That's really hard for me.

My downfall is Peanutbutter cups, and baked goods. Like you do, I just can't resist if there in the house. And I haven't found the will power to leave the peanutbutter cups at the store. While shopping with my girls, I am so stressed out by the time I get to the check out that I just need a sweet fix. It's bad and I have to stop!!!!

The only way for me not to eat that stuff, is to not have it near me at all!

Unhappy downfall foods

Woo! What a topic!!
Lets see, downfall foods include sweets like peanut butter cups as already mentioned, any form of chocolate like candy, ice cream, any chocolate!! Also Chinese food like Lo Mein, egg rolls, cheese wontons, etc...yum yum. Another downfall isnt a food but a drink Starbucks Mocha Frappicino with whipped cream when you buy it at Starbucks its thick like a milkshake and like 300 calories!! So how do I avoid this stuff?? I dont!!
I just eat them a lot less than I did before. Maybe once a month I will allow myself the Chinese Buffet and once a month Starbucks. This keeps me happy. I dont think we should deny ourselves so much or we will feel deprived and just quit!!

OK, I already said my wontons just kill me, but my other are the Starbucks Frappicino's that come in a bottle. Four points for just one small bottle. I don't like coffee, but love that Frappicino! I try to limit myself to only one a week.
