Woo! What a topic!!
Lets see, downfall foods include sweets like peanut butter cups as already mentioned, any form of chocolate like candy, ice cream, any chocolate!! Also Chinese food like Lo Mein, egg rolls, cheese wontons, etc...yum yum. Another downfall isnt a food but a drink Starbucks Mocha Frappicino with whipped cream when you buy it at Starbucks its thick like a milkshake and like 300 calories!! So how do I avoid this stuff?? I dont!!
I just eat them a lot less than I did before. Maybe once a month I will allow myself the Chinese Buffet and once a month Starbucks. This keeps me happy. I dont think we should deny ourselves so much or we will feel deprived and just quit!!
