I had a binge on Sunday night, so I may not have lost as much as I wanted. But I faced it, forgave myself, and moved on.


Today is my weigh in day. I will be weighing in in an hour. I will report the results.

FitWayofLife I assume you did not gain or lose, I always look at a no gain as a good thing. Good for you to forgive yourself and move on, TOO many times we binge and keep beating ourselves up for it, we cannot undo what we did and we can regret it for awhile, but to be healthy we have to move on and do our best in the future.

Thanks for the enouraging posts! I forgot to update, but I did maintain. Hopefully, I can lose 2 or 3 pounds this week. I want to be at least 240 by June 1.

I figured I would have a slight gain this week, we have eaten boiled crawfish for 2 nights and that has a bit of salt in it, so I figure it's mostly water weight gain.

Last Wednesday I was 250 - I weigh tomorrow and hope to be in the 240's so I can join your challenge! TOM is coming any day now though and I am nervous. I mentally need that victory on the scale.

Just found this thread. I can't wait to get out of the 240s. I was stuck in the 250s way too long. I weigh every day to keep me motivated.

I was 249 one day earlier this week. When I got on the next day, the scale said 247.6. I almost broke the stupid thing cause I did a little dance while trying to get off of it and almost fell.

As of today, I am 248.0. Hopefully I can get more exercise in and be out of the 240s by the end of May.

Hey, I think I can officially pop on here now. This a.m. I was at 249.25. Friday is the official weigh-in and I'll change my sticker then. SO, I want the 240's to pass in the flicker of an eye!

I have been seeing the 220's thread and thought we need a 240's thread...and look here is one. I weighed 249.4 this morning and yesterday I was 248.6 so I am afraid I might be going backwards, lol.
Anyway I can't wait to get out of 240's, count me in.
