Woo hoo! This is quite an accomplishment! It shows that you are doing the right things even when the scale isn't moving. I have my targets set on a size 12 more fitted cut pair of jeans. I have no idea what that is in mens sizes but this is inspiration/motivation. Congrats!

Matt! Dude, you are SKINNY! If you lose much more you will blow away in the wind. I am sure with the focus on weight all this time its weird to change it but gee whiz you can't possibly need to lose more just pack on the muscles .
