I got caught up in an infommercial late last night. I was enjoying the inspirational stories and comparing the poundage lost with the clothing size they were in. I forget what the diet was but it was similar in principal to South Beach, but seedy. "Eat whatever you want and lose weight every day."
Anyway, I was feeling like all the inspirational stories and photos were accurate until one woman claimed she lost 55 lbs and went from a size 20 to an 8. I've lost 45 lbs and have gone from a 20 to an almost 14. I highly doubt the next 10 lbs is going to bring me to an 8. Is that even possible?
What do you guys think? (And NO, I'm not considering this diet. )
