It's not broken...I can actually feel fullness.

My whole life I've thought that the fullness gage in my body was broken. That I'd better plan my meals to be the healthy calorie range I need. But, a friend taught me something. She said to swallow each bite and actually feel it going down the food pipe and into the tummy. That one can feel the food down there. At first I just couldn't make it work. But, now I can. It's amazing to me.

I know I still need to plan my meals to be in a good calorie range. But - this new 'skill' I think will be helpful.

I am excited.

How interesting...I'll have to see if I can "feel" my food in my stomach next time I eat. I've never thought of that!

That's interesting! I'll have to try that - sounds like positive reinforcement. :)

Awesome. I guess there is something to eating more slowly. I have heard thinner people take more time with their food. Maybe this is one reason why.

Wow really? I will have to try that! Very interesting!!

I think many people just gulp down their food. I have noticed since I've been on Wonderslim for about ten days that I too can finally notice the "I'm full" hunger signal. Mine had been broken or missing for the last twenty years. It's a nice feeling isn't it?

Interesting - I think it helps to focus on your feeling and that helps you to realize you are actually full. that and eating slower!

I sure wish eating slowly would help me to be thinner. I am one of the slowest eaters (way slow!) in my family & I am the heaviest of them all. :?:
