lol..HI all My name is Mel and I live in CO. I am working towards losing initally 120 pounds. I could stand to lose at least another 30 on top of that ..but one thing at a time, right?


I have been overweight since I was about 12. I have tried everything, and now trying again. I am also now trying to figure out how the things in my past are tied to my food addiction and my weight.
