Nasus-I am sure working as a nurse has to count. You arent sitting on your butt all day like yours truly!!
Jiff-45 minutes a day is awesome. I am doing only 15 and I just really started again this week. I have never been much of an exerciser so I am working my way up. I am sure with your daily housework (laundry, dishes, etc..) you get in more activity than you realize!

I think if you walk at a quick pace to and from school plus the exercise tapes you will will be dropping weight like crazy!
These new recmmendations were a wake up call to me to get off my butt! If you all can do so much then so can I!!
