Default It was a good day

I met my 5th 10% goal today! This one took a while - 3 months to lose 22 pounds. But I'm making peace with the slower pace.

I also saw that I've lost another 1.5" off my waist, bringing it to 35.5", which is 17" smaller than when I started () and is a HEALTHY waist measurement for my height! The rule of thumb is no bigger around than half your height, which for me would be 36".

I'm firmly in a size 14 pants, I'm 16.6 pounds away from a normal BMI, and I'm a half a pound from Onederland!
