Talking 18 months and 179 POUNDS LOST!!!

Today my friends... is my 18 month anniversary. This morning (my last weigh in for a month) I was 198 exactly.

179 pounds lost in 18 months.


48 pounds to go!


size 13 from a 32... double wow!!!!

I just wanted to share
On my own personal journey I started on September 27, 2008
Starting weight 377, Weight in spring of 2010 198, Weight in August 2011? In the 240's.
Still plugging along on this weight loss highway!

Isn't it amazing how peoples bodies are made so different. I weigh 198 and wear a size 20! I wish I could squeeze into a 13. Oh well, someday.... Congratulations! Your achievement is amazing!
