Well I am very
to say that I have been here 20 days!
The support here is really amazing and I have VERY thankful for it.
Things I have learned in the last 20 days:
....Counting calories actually works!
....I can walk farther than I thought I could and just today walked 2.5 miles
....I don't have to have double/tripple portions of food to be full
....I now RECOGNIZIE
when I am full and that I don't have to feel STUFFED
....I crave FRESH vege's
....I crave WATER
....I don't have to eat everything on my place at resturants and can do doggie bags
....I can see my feet while looking STRAIGHT down (ok, i have to suck in just a tad...but hey - PROGRESS)
....As of today I have LOST 7 lbs since starting on March 1st
....I love eating BREAKFAST (a healthy breakfast)
....I am sleeping better
....I will not DIE
if I don't have a un-healthy snack at 9pm
....I look forward to my DAILY walk - it really clears my head too
....That with reading everything posts, I can reach my goal as long as I don't give up.
....That if I overdo it, I can get right back on the saddle and keep going
....That I do have a GOAL for weightloss - I'd like to be down a significant amount f weight by June, 2011 - for my daughters high school graduation
