Default Half the man I used to be!

It happened yesterday morning, but I wasn't able to post about it till today and there was even a lower weight this morning .

As of yesterday, I am half the man I used to be! I started this thing in the fall of 2007 and with many ups and downs I have lost more weight than I currently weigh. I went from 446.8 pounds to 222.2 pounds. My total loss is 224.6 pounds and I have a bit more than 20 pounds till I hit my goal weight.

Thank you 3FCs and this wonderful community for accepting this random rooster into your life.
Height: 6'2
Starting weight/ Current low weight/"redline" weight
Total: 267.6 pounds.

I will do the Komen 60 mile walk for breast cancer again this year!!
Next goal is 175: Pounds from goal = 4.2.

That is AWESOME! Congratulations. What an inspiration..

Congratulations!! That is an amazing accomplishment. I think it is awesome that you kept going even through the hard times. So many people take the easy way out and quit when the going gets tough.

No yard full of chicks is complete without a few random roosters!!

What a huge thing! DH says congratulations, too. He's made this journey and never quite finished it - still would like to get to 199 - and he's 6'3", too, so I'm sharing your accomplishment with him. Awesome job!
