Up 3 pounds, don't know why...
Blah, maybe it's all the excercise and dieting I did this week.
Sorry, feeling sarcastic, craving chocolate chip cookies.
Sad to report no loss this week but happy to have a "maintain". It really looked like it was going to be a gain but two rigorous days of lotsa water, little food and good exercise snatched a victory of sorts (maintaining is a victory to me) from the jaws of defeat. However, this was (sob) the first week I did not post at least a tiny loss.
