Thought I'd start the weigh in thread again!

Today the scale likes me, just a little. 218. Down 2 pounds from last week!

Because of the holiday I don't have weigh in today - it looks like I stayed the same according to my scale at home - but it's hard to tell.

I started doing Atkins over the last week and wow
3 pounds down this week! Im rapt to have broken the 200 mark finially 198 as off today

Up 3 pounds, don't know why...
Blah, maybe it's all the excercise and dieting I did this week.

Just got back from weigh-in & lost 2.8 pounds this week! Brings the grand total up to 62 pounds even. Hooray!

Sad to report no loss this week but happy to have a "maintain". It really looked like it was going to be a gain but two rigorous days of lotsa water, little food and good exercise snatched a victory of sorts (maintaining is a victory to me) from the jaws of defeat. However, this was (sob) the first week I did not post at least a tiny loss.
