Default I just wanted to say...

I finally reached 224 pounds today and moved my ticker down. I have NOT been able to get below 225 in FIFTEEN MONTHS. I have been blogging and trying and working but always something (myself?) kept me from getting under 225. I am so proud of myself, I just had to share. And thank you for all your support!
