OK i have to say this was the best idea ever LOL about a year ago I decided to check in once a week or so via my iSight built in camera for my iMac! I'd record my weight loss and my food journal if I was too lazy to write it down that day. it's SO MUCH FUN to go back a year and look at myself talking!!! i think "WHY IS THAT CHIN SMOTHERING THAT NICE WOMAN???" hahahah talk about a picture being worth a 1000 words! actually, it's better than a picture because I can hear myself talk about my moods, laugh, ***** & moan, etc., I highly recommend it to anyone with a built-in camera or web-cam! The files are pretty small and after a while I just copied them onto an external drive -i'm NEVER deleting them!
