Little NSV for me!
 

So after being sick and feeling sluggish with a sinus infection for the past week, and this day being no particular exception, I got my rear up onto my bike and spent 40 minutes pounding away on it. I did 10.5 miles and kept my heart nice and steady between 130-140 BPM.

Now for the exciting NSV?

I broke 400 miles on my stationary bike - 406.5, to be precise. OOOOHH SNAP! It only took me months of inconsistent bi-to-tri-weekly exercise to get there :o

It was a good evening. Off to contemplate dinner and criticize some American Idols :)

Way to get back on and ride! And I got to watch American Idol for the first time this season last night. Wish I could have heard the winners sing - the losers sounded pretty darn good for this early in the competition.

It was a surprisig elimination, not the people I'd have chosen!

But yes, when they're 'on' they are great, but some of these performances have been shockingly bad, given how talented the performers are. Maybe it's nerves?
