same as pretty much every day. 2 lowfat nutrigrain waffles and 2 hardboiled egg whites.

Boring, but it works for me!

I'm doing an English muffin (the alternative em is only 90cals!), egg beaters and a slice of 98% ff ham & some WW yogurt.

Hmmm...I have a few bunches of asparagus in my fridge too and might have to try putting some in an omelet tomorrow! That sounds good

I had a turkey tomato and spinach wrap. Not necessarily a breakfast food, but it was good this morning.

I had a slice of bacon quiche from last night. I used a modified recipe from a WW book and it was really good.

I had breakfast dessert.

2 slices whole grain organic raisin bread, toasted
2 tsps natural organic peanutbutter (split between the bread)
2 tsps organic strawberry spread w/ fiber and w/o sugar (split between the bread)
1 banana, sliced and added to the toast
8 oz skim milk.

It's like a banana split on toast. I eat two pieces for breakfast or one for a snack when I'm craving something fruity and sweet. It's low fat, about 17 grams of protein, 1 serving whole grains, 2 servings of fruit and about 300 cals which is right in my range. Keeps me full for about 3 1/2 hours.

I slice bread (70 cal) with 20 gm PB, 1 serving fiber one (60 cal) with 1/2 serving cinnamon life(60 cal), 1 handful blueberries, and 1/2 cup milk (50 cal). Coffee with the parisian almond creamer. Yum!

Thomas's Double Fiber English Muffin, 2 egg whites and 1/2 yolk. Keeps me full forever!

I found the cutest little pan at the grocery store the other day. It looks like a skillet but it's just big enough for about the amount of eggs above. So far it doesn't stick and is super easy to clean. I had been using the Big City Slider (laugh, go ahead it is funny) to make the eggs, but it eventually lost it's nonstick abilities. I still use it when others in the house want to join in. Either way, the egg cooks in the same amount of time as the english muffin toasts.

I can't eat anything heavy for breakfast but today my body is totally not cooperating so I'm going to see how I feel around lunch time. I'm hungry but can't eat, what is up with that.

Bummer. I was out of peanut butter-- threw off my breakfast entirely. So I had one slice of bread (100gms), but I skipped the usual peanut butter and banana. I thought if I got hungry between break and lunch I could eat the banana, but so far, I'm good.

I LOVE asparagus. We have a nice patch in the garden that I'm waiting so patiently for. When I see it start to come up I know the morel mushrooms are up...(about 8 weeks to go! ) The mushrooms and asparagus together make a delicious omelette...though I always eat the yolk too. Yummy.

Today I was craving something on the creamy side so I had a bowl of oatmeal with rasins, blueberries and stevia. 300 calories.

PS: TMI alert, but to you aspargus lovers, do you ever notice that your pee smells really odd after eating it? LOL or is it just me.
