We are at the exact same weight today!

peanutsmom - I could just LOWER my goal weight by a few pounds, to me its just an arbitrary number right now anyways. I just made it the highest possible weight for my BMI to be "normal". Its possible that I will change it when I get there...

We are the same weight! I noticed that! LOL. But you're slightly taller.

226.0 one more lb and the Christmas taxes are paid...lol
going for my hike this morning. I have been averaging 3 lbs a month at first it was hard to swallow but then I looked at it over all, that will be 32 lbs a year, and that made me smile, if not by June then later this year, I am all right with that but still pushing for June too!!! I feel the power of confidence, of staying on track. you ladies Rock!!

I've had periods that were really slow too, and I felt the same way - even if I lost 25 lbs a year, in 4 years, I will have lost 100 lbs and be at(close) to goal. That's still WAY better than being the same weight in 4 years, or worse, even heavier.

I've been fortunate to have some quicker losses lately, since I got a Gowear Fit and can make sure my calorie burn is enough each day.

Hi Peanutsmom,
thankyou for your encouraging words, I only have 1 more lb to be in my 3lb loss average for the month, but also not going to sweat it, aunt flo hasnt shown up, I expect her next week, and I also will be going to Wisconsin for spring break. As long as I can maintain I know it will be a NSV for me. I did get in my hike this monring and I feel great.

I think a lot of people do weekly WIs so they may not have an update every day?

how is everyone doing on this? I was on the 230s thread and see that we are going to have several new people in the 220s very soon! So let's see who is going to lead the way out of the 220s - hopefully we'll need the "get me out of the 2-teens" thread very soon!!

I'm at 226.4 today - not where I hoped but after gaining 4 lbs the beginning of the week thanks to being sick, I guess it could be worse. I was hoping to officially be in the lower 220s by tomorrow, but at this point, I'd be thrilled to just be back to where I was.
