I'm with you girls. Right now I'm sitting at about 223 pounds, and my period is due in a couple days, but I think I can still make it out of the 220s in one week if I work really hard. Really, really, really hard. :P
come on ladies, I know we're around, let's keep giving each other the support, one 'decade' at a time. I did great today, went to orientation for new job, mental health tech for the geri psyche ward. Stayed on plan and best of all, when I went to buy scrubs, I need a Large not an X-LArge, YAY ME!!!
2nd day of orientation, stayed on track. once I got to moving around, scrub bottoms, size L, seem a bit loose, hopefully I can tighten them down enough. I think alot of it is just my height and the fact ALL of my weight appears to be centered right around the lower abs. But the fact is, I'm moving, accounting for everything in my mouth and it slowly melts off.
ps, i love having you ladies here, all of 3fc, but especially those with the same exact goal, as far as the 220's, 2teens, under 199, its amazing how much easier it is to focus
Do people weigh everyday and then do you change your ticker. I change my ticker once a week...because it seems that sometimes I will weigh a pound more when I weigh everyday...so then do you change your ticker if you weigh in more?
I can't wait to get out of the 220's! I feel it coming...so come on everyone...we gotta hit the teens TOGETHER! I wonder who our new friends will be in the teens? <big smile>

I used to only change my ticker once a week, on a day I designated as my official WI day. But now I'm weighing every day (tracking it here on another thread, and also for my GWF). I don't change my ticker every day, but will when it's a big enough change and/or I am hitting a particular milestone. For example, I changed it today because I hit 35.8 lbs lost and wanted to update my chickie avatar. I will change again when I get to 226 because this is a significant number to me - it was the number on the old scale before I switched to a new scale. So even though I'm still losing pounds, it will mean a lot to me to get back to 226 and feel like I'm losing "new weight" again. (although still annoying because I'd be just over 220 right now and almost into the teens on my old scale!!)
I haven't adjusted upwards if it's a small difference, which to me would be less than 1 lb, and I'm fine with considering that a daily fluctuation. More than that, I would go ahead and change the ticker and work my way back down.
