WW is really just a variation on calorie counting. With the points system, you gradually reduce your calories to continue losing weight. I was stuck for a very long time, but when I reduced my calories to 1300, and started drinking all the water, the scale started to finally move down again.WW is fine,and it can't hurt to try it out but as far as group support goes, I think 3fc is better....and there are no weekly fees.

Thanks again for all of the suggestions everyone. I am not sure what I am going to do at this moment...so I will keep counting calories and do some of the suggestions that have been mentioned. I really do appreciate it.
