Welcome! You have received lots of good advice already. I agree with Robin

That is exactly what I do as well. I try to go as organic and whole food as possible. I started out changing my food around before worrying about counting calories. Once I got the menu down, I focused on the actual caloric intake. I've noticed that when I keep it to whole, organic foods, and use veggies as my volumizer it is super easy to stay in my calorie range.
