    There are many reasons to stay on plan today... But, this post is about the ONE reason you will stay with it today.

    Let's share.
  • I will stay on plan today because I want to get to 199.
  • I'll stay on plan today because I am meeting with my dietitian to check my progress (blood pressure, pulse rate, body fat, weight). I want to stay on plan so I will like my results.
  • To feel strong and fit again.
  • New month, fresh start and I've already done the 2 mile WATP so why blow it now?
  • Because I love loose pants.
  • Because I love buying things from VS.....finally!!
  • Because I walked around two subdivisions yesterday selling girl scout cookies, and didn't feel winded!!!! Imagine how much I could sell if I stay on plan and get in even BETTER shape!?
  • Because I need a second perfect day.
  • Because I desparately want to lose 2lbs this week to hit the 5st/70lbs lost mark.
  • because I've been away from home and I am back in my food comfort zone and I have just what I need here to do so.
  • Because I think I'm going to hit 80 lbs down this week.
  • I am going to break my mental barrier this month and get back to my lowest weight last year.
  • I will stay on plan today because I am happy!
