Because my home scale says I'm back in the 230s this morning and I feel so much better. Next time I leave the 230s it's going to be because I'm entering the 220s!

This summer in Martha vineyard I will be at goal weight . I need 3and half pounds a week to make this happen, I can not allow today to slip away .I can do this today, maybe not tomorrow, maybe not the next day, but i can do this one day at a time . That feels great to say
