I had my first reall NSV today. When I was getting ready for church I pulled out a pair a pants of that had been to small. I was just going to lay them aside but decided to try them on and they FIT. Really fit they are comfortable and there is no muffin top. :carrot: I still can't believe it. Just a few months ago I could not even come close to getting them across my belly.

Thanks Ladies! I am really looking forward to more NSVs. I kept my progress photos from the last time I lost weight to help give me some motiviation. It will be neat to see how they compare to this time since I am doing different types of exercises.
