Default Met my first goal!!



As of yesterday morning, I am down 10 lbs. My pants are looser, I can see my cheek bones, I can roll over in bed easier, I'm huffing and puffing less just going up the stairs. I'm excited and motivated! I owe A LOT of credit to my friends here. You are all so inspirational!!

I am moving at the moment and do not yet have internet at home, so I am a M-F (work) 3 Fat Chicks participant but can't wait until I get life settled again and am able to participate 7 days a week.

First Mini-Goal: Lose 10 lbs. Met 2/22/2010
Second Mini-Goal: 20 lbs. down Met 4/23/2010
Third Mini-Goal: Lost 10% body weight (27 lbs down) Met 9/13/2010
Fourth Mini-Goal: Lose 8 more lbs to = 40 lbs lost :
Back on track:9/5/2011 First goal: get back to 246

Oh that is wonderful!!! SO exciting. 10 lbs down - now you know for certain, beyond a shadow of a doubt that you really and truly CAN lose weight.
