I am eating just fruits and veggies for two days in order to get and KEEP things moving and dump all the sodium I was carrying. So whatever I want in whatever reasonable portions I want. For breakfast today I ate a mango and a starfruit. Lunch was 2 cups of strawberries, banana and a dragon fruit. Snack is edamame, kale and spinach. Dinner is peaches, blueberries, broccoli and cabbage. I'm full and happy and NO SORE TUMMY!!!!
