Sometimes I look at these challenges, and they are daunting. I am all for exercise and healthy eating and accountability and making it to onederland, boy am I!
However, I am in a completely different spot in my weight loss journey.
This challenge will be more focused on planning healthy changes in our lives, and staying on those plans.
Everyone choose one thing to change in their diet/exercise routine. (I am weining myself off soda, for instance)
Every day we'll try to get into this thread to chat about our changes. At the end of each week, we'll mark how many days we stayed POP. At the end of the month, we'll post our weight loss! (by pounds, percentages, or inches, whichever you choose)
