well my chickies... I had a mini whoosh over night to put me at smack dab 201 this morning. I'm crossing fingers for ANOTHER mini whoosh tonight to bring me below 200 tomorrow!

it didn't happen for me today. For whatever reason I was back up to 201.8. It WILL go down though and I am going to plan to see under 200 this week for sure!

nope... I lost 1.6 pounds this week... I spend MOST of the week at 102.6.
