Yay, for whooshes! Sometimes, when I've gone up, and I know I'm blameless, it's just PMS or whatever, and I am ready to tear my hair out, knowing a whoosh is coming is about all that keeps me sane. It's funny, because I don't cheat or anything in my craziness, I just get really weird about sodium. I certainly don't plan on going out and celebrating with food when the loss portion of this project is done, but I have promised myself I will NOT hold back with the soy sauce when I get there. You know, fine, whatever, I know how many calories were in that veggie stir-fry I just made, and they're well within my calorie budget, but screw it, here comes the soy.

yep that's me too... I try to be so careful with anything salty but my goal when I GET to goal is say SCREW IT with the sodium (within reason) and accept the daily up and down water retention. But I just can't handle that right now!!!!

Eliana we are so alike. I so know your pain. It's crazy to see yourself sit at 200.0lbs. And I also just finish sitting at 203 for almost a month.

WOOHOO on hitting 199 and going farther.

Congrats also to Catherinef.

As of today I am 198.5. I am claiming it and running!!!

I am so happy for all the Marchers and I will be here to cheer you all on as you continue the challenge. I think that is a GREAT ideal!

Well I was 203.4 this morning!!!! The period bloat is GONE and it took some more of it's friends with it when it left... honestly I'll probably see even MORE loss tomorrow. Cause that's how I roll.

You know... I really might be able to do this in February!
