I haven't been logging on to 3FC and I realized that was a huge mistake. So I am back and ready to get back on plan. Luckily, through some miracle, I haven't gained any weight, but it will be headed that direction if I don't get started eating right again. And I will be on here everyday again to help keep me on track, sick or well.
