Default First Trainer Session

So I met with my personal trainer today, and man did he kick my butt.
He made me do 20 mins on Elipticle, 45 leg presses, 40 squats, 30 arm curls, 40 push-ups, 4 sprints across the cardio room back and forth with a jumping push-up at the end of the each sprint and then bck on Eliptcle to cool down for 10 mins.

Dang did it kick my butt, my body was already aching when I left, still is. It will be all worth it in the end though. I am proud of myself for pushing through the pain. At one point I wanted to barf lol, but I did good and made it through my first work out.

Thumbs up Way To Go!!!

Holy cow! For a first training session, that workout would have killed me. Congrats, you definitely accomplished a lot. The first time my trainer put me on an elliptical, I could barely eek out 5 minutes. I was a sweaty mess and could barely catch my breathe. Keep up the great work.

You know, if you put me on a stair stepping machine, or Presco I think is what it is called (which is sort of like a eliptcle), or even a bike I can hardly last and I would be sweating and breathing heavy. But for some reason Elipticles don't bug me, I did it for almost 20 mins. and I sweat on my forehead but I wasn't like gasping for air or anything. I love eliptcles. I have been seriously thinking of buying one for at home.

My trainer said that working out in the morning before you eat breakfast burns more fat, so he has been telling me to do my wii fit and get sweaty lol. But walmart has a eliptcle for 177.00, not too bad. I might go get it with my income taxes.
