Today during my workout I had 2 NSVs.
1. I had a new speed record for 1 mile on the treadmill - 15:41! Still slow, but I am still doing a running and walking combo while taking my baby steps into the world of running. For me, 15:41 is fantabulous.
2. I met one of the goals I have written on my list of non-scale goals. I did 10 push-ups in a row, non-stop on my toes. Completely unmodified, normal push-ups. Ten of them! YAY!
